Our quality department has grown enormously over the past several years and
we are currently working to the requirements and processes of our ISO9001:2000
certification. We can also work to all automotive, aerospace and military
specifications and have excellent relationships with customers in these
industries. Our production spring and forming machines are fitted with the latest
automated gauging equipment to assure part quality and repeatability. We also
have a quality department with a full ensemble of spring checking equipment.
We haven't forgotten our past when it comes to production. Prototypes and small
orders are what started it all and we still have a robust small order department. We
can produce small orders or prototypes from 0.006" diameter wire to 0.406" diameter
wire and foil to 0.125" thick strip stock (dependent on alloy).
For those large quantity jobs we have state of the art CNC spring and wire forming
equipment with automated gauging. On our CNC equipment we can produce simple
to complicated high volume jobs with accuracy and repeatability that equals the best
in the industry from 0.006" diameter wire to 0.118" diameter wire.
